For women, is it safe to baby powder down below.?

I have a co worker who puts powder in her ';drawers'; at work, I only know this because one time I asked about a white spot on the back of her black pants and she told me it was ';just baby powder'; and that she always uses it. I think she must use a lot of it as it often goes through to the outside of her pants and you can see it. Is it safe? Can't this cause an infection? For women, is it safe to baby powder down below.?
Baby powder usually contains perfumes to give it that baby powder scent. Some perfumes can cause irritation and possibly lead to a yeast infection.

I use cornstarch. Yes, the kind for cooking. It's all natural with no added perfumes or dyes. In fact, a lot of baby powders contain cornstarch. It's also cheaper, easier, and there's no scent to clash with my cologne.

She may not use so much that it goes through her clothes. Maybe it just gets on the outside of her clothes when she's getting dressed or using the bathroom. For women, is it safe to baby powder down below.?
i wouldn't do it

powder can cake up...go up in the urethra...cause an infection...bladder infection

or it cakes up...with other lilbacteria from ur rear...and get up in there...give you a yeast infection..thats why doc.s discourage you from washing to much with soap down there....

we have a natural way of cleaning ourself (that unpleasant moisture..and smell..) its our cleaning mechanism...

so..yea..

i wounldn't do it
Using a little bit is fine, but a lot may cause a yeast infection
talcum powder might cause ovarian cancer so its really bad to use it down there. cornstarch powder is ok though
