Is it okay to give a baby just 2 months powder formula?

i ask bc it says on the back of the powdered one that its not sterile and to nut use on preterm infants or infants with low immunity or compromised immunity. why? Is it okay to use on my mostly breastfed, healthy fullterm at birth 7 week old baby?Is it okay to give a baby just 2 months powder formula?
Formula is perfectly safe to use on a healthy infant from birth. My daughter was formula fed from 1 week of age, and was born at 36 weeks gestation and has had no ill effects.

As long as you prepare the formula according to the directions it wont cause harm.Is it okay to give a baby just 2 months powder formula?
You can give powder formula to a baby of any age as long as they aren't preterm...in which case they have special preterm powder formulas.

The fact that the baby is mostly breastfed does make a difference. You cannot give them a ton of formula all of a sudden...you'd have to start with 1 to 2 bottles a day MAX and work your way up.
Of course it's ok. That's what formula is for; to feed babies. All of the infants I have ever known have been on powdered formula since birth and they all turned out just fine.
Yes you can give it to powdered formula to your baby. Unless his or her doctor said otherwise.
why would you want to?
