Can i use baby powder everyday?

can i use baby powder everyday to prevent diaper rash for my baby?

or is it for only when she has diaper rash? Can i use baby powder everyday?
It is fine to use the cornstarch ones, but never talc. Talcum powder is the one that has been known to cause respiratory problems, not the cornstarch. I used cornstarch on my babies at every diaper change. I also used diaper cream a few times a day even when they were not red to prevent a diaper rash. Especially at night when it would be a while between changes. Can i use baby powder everyday?
I never used powder with my children because of the links between powder and respiratory disease (asthma etc.). I always found a barrier cream such as petroleum jelly or vaseline was effective and kind to the skin. Also using premium diapers and wipes makes a difference.
I don't use baby powder because the main ingredient is talc and talc is carcinogenic. So is vaseline. Don't use anything unless your baby had a rash and then just use Butt Paste. It works really good.
You should never use baby powder on a baby, especially a new one. But several boxes of corn starch at the grocery store and liberally dust your baby's clean bottom and crotch with that. Keep a diaper rash ointment on hand at all times, in case you see 'redness' down there .. apply it according to instructions as soon as you see the redness, and your baby will be extremely happy. Just be sure, especially after the baby's daily bath, to let the baby go with no clothing on (in a warm room in the winter, of course) so the whole body can get 'clean air' and dry out. I always let my kids 'go free' for at least half an hour, but now think (and used on my granddaughters) that an hour is much better. Get some large Chux pads or other padding with a waterproof barrier so the baby can 'air safely' and stay with your baby while she's naked, Play with her, play 'toe games' and other games, and you'll be bonding with her as she 'airs' ... and you can also use that time to be sure that she's healthy and has 'good healthy skin' all over her body.
of course why not
I use it smells good
powder can cause upper respritory infections
Yes, using baby powder every day will not hurt your baby's skin. However, they suggest using ';pure cornstarch'; powder instead of scented one, because the scented one is not good for babies' lungs.

Do not use baby powder when your baby gets diaper rush. Use Desitin on diaper rash.

From my experience, and I guess I am very lucky, my son has never gotten diaper rash. I do not use baby powder at all. All I do is whenever he poops, I wash his bottom under a sink with baby wash and warm water, and I also put Desitin cream on him once a week.
You need to consult a doctor because baby powder can also be harmful to the baby if inhaled
Simply using Baby Powder will not harm the baby if there is no diaper rash. I used to use it every day after my shower.
actually, ur not supposed 2 use it at all, cuz the dust particles get in their nose %26amp; make them sick. just use desitin
