you use corn flour as it will stop the bleeding quickly.

Cornstarch would be better, if you don't have any styptic powder.

Corn starch or flour won't have the chemicals that your dog will ingest when it licks the nail.
i think so get pedi paws its a nail filer for ur dog or cat it helps alot!! i have it for my dog but when u use regular nail clippers be sure NOT to cut the quick (tissue in the dogs nail) thats wut makes it bleed so i recomend pedi paws
