Can I take a second bag with me on the plane (with baby milk powder)?

One is my main backpack, the other is a special knapsack to put baby stuff in.... I want to bring my wife in Peru an overstock of vitamines %26amp; over-the-counter drugs and a 1 Kilogram can of baby milk in the powder form. Is this fine? Also I'm putting in a box of Falafel mix, which has a strong scent. I don't want any dogs jumping me here!Can I take a second bag with me on the plane (with baby milk powder)?
Be sure to put all that in your checked bags. All those things are allowed but you might find it a pain to carry all that around. Take just the vitamins and drugs in your carry-on, since they are kind of valuable...





Don't worry about the dogs. They are trained for specific items. They also have different dogs for different things. They don't just get excited over strong smells. They also don't jump. When they smell whatever they are trained to detect, they go and sit down. That's the indication that there is a suspect bag to be checked.

there is no way you will be allowed to board a plane with all that as a carry on.
