Baby powder is hydrophobic. It wil not dissolve in water. It is oily so it will not mix in the water. You will end up with a huge mess in the bottle.
Nothing besides get clogged up.

You get a real mess as the powder gunks all up especially in the nozzle.
Your spray bottle will clog up. Even as fine as baby powder is, it will not 'spray.'
