Probably not. If it looks red later then I would call the doctor. I don't know if you doc answers questions like this over the phone but I doubt an ER trip is necessary maybe call your dr if it makes you feel better :)My 6 month old got some baby powder in one of her eyes.?

just make sure u cleaned it out good. she will be fine
Keep flushing it with water, and thats about all you can do.
