REGULAR POWDER WITHOUT SCENT IS THE BEST ..THEM ONES WITH SCENT CAN IRRITATE YOU MORE, I FOUND THAT OUT!!!! ALSO, TRY CORNSTARCH THATS WHAT REALLY HELPS TOO!!Does baby powder really help you to not sweat?
I don't really know the answer, but if you buy baby powder, make sure it is made of corn starch, NOT repeat NOT talc, which is bad news. Research has shown that there is an ingredient in talc that is similar to asbestos and could cause ovarian cancer.Does baby powder really help you to not sweat?
yes my brother uses it.
No not at all. It just soaks up the sweat so it does not stain your clothes. Baby powder is for babies and babies do not sweat like we do.
No only minimal absorption and pretty smell.
No, it prevents chafing but you need an anti-perspirant like Dry Idea to stop sweating.
yes it does

Do men like to use Johnson's baby powder ?
I am a straight male now at the age of 59 and from the age of 20 onwards found using Johnson鈥檚 baby powder under arms and in lower parts took away the sweat and soreness I was getting as a long distance driver in the seat for long periods and even more so today as I am now 20 stone but although I love the smell I have always felt conscious of using it in front of friends and in company as they may think there is something immature with me which is not the case.
Is there any other male using Johnson鈥檚 products out there and are you OK with that or do you have any opinions?
Davie202Do men like to use Johnson's baby powder ?
You bet ! Johnson's baby powder is the best thing for baby diaper rash which is what everybody gets, man or woman , except, without the diapers. Where I live, we experience seasonal extremes, from vicious summers to sub-freezing winters. The sweating that goes on, takes it's toll on certain parts of the body. After a shower, I dry carefully, ( otherwise, you are asking for the problem to intensify,) and douse the offending regions with a generous cloud of baby powder and the problem is immediately relieved. If I go bush, on the road, or ever get stuck on a desert island - this would be one of the items that I consider to be genuine survival gear.Do men like to use Johnson's baby powder ?
yes!
There's nothing wrong with it - I use it. It can help keep the crotch area dry.
Nothing wrong with this. I love the smell too.
absolutely, why should women have all the good things. if you like it use it I say
there is nothing wrong with using Johnson's baby powder, it shows that you are conscious of personal hygiene, perhaps you use this one brand because you have become to like the smell and that it does the job you want it to do.My husband uses talc everyday.
good to use
no its not
Yeah man i use it cause i started getting fungus on my butt and stomach area i went to the docs and they said its cause i went to the beach and after i didn't rinse right (which i did!!! ) and fungus was there. So i put on powder and it went away completly. i use it all the time one day i shwered and put it on my crtoch and area my wife wanted some afternoon delight and she said i had an albino dick! it was funny
Yes, I put it in my rubber gimp catsuit so it slips on easily and then my mistress chains me up!!! Mmmm the smell of johnsons and rubber plus my mistress is fantastic!!
Yes especially around my sweaty Nads, Lancelot what do you know. Use it bro. I also use a baby wipe to clean my ring following a number 2.
I use it in my workboots as foot powder.
NO! generally mens dont use any kind of powder..
Of course! Men are hygienic and will, at times, think ahead based on past experience to make a potential uncomfortable situation... less. Now this usually involves booze or pot. Thanks to chicks we use (behind closed doors) their clever secrets. Hey, if it makes you feel better why not?
some men like to use johnson's baby powder so their face will be white but some don't like because they feel that they are like a baby...
Being a user too, I don't find it immature to use baby powder if it makes you feel fresh and convenient with your environment. I been using Johnson's baby powder (cornstarch based) to keep me dry and not smell from sweat. My wife would even put scented powder on my body after each bath, smell it and it would heighten her arousal for pleasurable sex. Do not stop this practice since you're the only one out there! Cheers!
there is not even a thing wrong woth it. everyone loves johnson's baby product

Is it okay to use expired baby powdered formula (if it's only expired by a month or two)?
I was given 4 cans of expired baby formula from a lady at my church. They expired in November. Would you use them?Is it okay to use expired baby powdered formula (if it's only expired by a month or two)?
Well no to be honest. I think I read somewhere that the nutrients degrade over time. I don't know how fast they deteriorate but a month or two shouldn't be that bad- just not optimal. It is not worth the risk though. Is it okay to use expired baby powdered formula (if it's only expired by a month or two)?
If it is dry powder (and was kept dry) it should be ok, If it if one of those that have some moisturizing agents I would throw them away just to be sure.
Expiry dates are usually timed too early to make sure nothing will happen for sure until the product expires. Companies keep themselves safer that way.
EDIT: oh sry, if milk powder was meant, toss it. I thought you meant the stuff you use on the butt :)
is it definitely an expiry date? an expiry date you must not use after that date ... but if it was a best before date i would use it ... best before date is only a guide that's why places like right price are allowed to fuction
No, formula is usually good for a year so that formula is REALLY old. When it comes to a baby.... please do not trust that.
No I certainly would'nt,
absolutely not..
When in doubt throw it out.
no i wouldnt either,
nope... I don't believe I would.
I wouldnt you never know
No
NO
NO! please don't use them don't put your babies health at risk they may well be ok but personally i would not take the risk.

Baby powder formula bad?
I just heard that powder formula has toxins and bacteria in it. Is this true? Does anyone have a link to this?Baby powder formula bad?
Actually, it WAS available here in the states, but only in ethnic stores (where it is NOT FDA regulated, for some odd reason).
They were adding melamine in it to boost protein. Unfortunately, melamine in sensitive individuals (like babies!) tends to cause kidney problems.
Remember all those problems with the pets and contaminated food last year? That was caused by melamine, too.
I don't think the Chinese always think their cunning plan all the way through..
Anyway, as long as you don't buy your formula at ethnic stores, I'm sure you're fine.Baby powder formula bad?
In the United States, No. Baby formula is regulated by the FDA. Where did you hear this? is this about the formula from china?
How does FDA regulate Infant Formulas?
The safety and nutritional quality of infant formulas are ensured by requiring that manufacturers follow specific procedures in manufacturing infant formulas. In fact, there is a law -- known as the Infant Formula Act -- which gives FDA special authority to create and enforce standards for commercial infant formulas. Manufacturers must analyze each batch of formula to check nutrient levels and make safety checks. They must then test samples to make sure the product remains in good condition while it is on the market shelf. Infant formulas must also have codes on their containers to identify each batch and manufacturers must keep very detailed records of production and analysis.
Well, I'd never trust it. I always use homemade baby powder on my baby so I know exactly where the ingredients are coming from and what they are. Plus, it's super cheap and easy.
If you wanna know how, read this article. It gives the instructions and ingredients:

yes. it was in china. apparently the company was replacing protein with a toxin to save money and make it seem healthier, so many babies died from it...im not sure of a link but if you google tainted china powdered formula something should come up.
Use the major brands like Similac, Enfamil etc. Make sure the seal is not broken and you should be ok. Good luck.

Can we use Baby Powder kept for years? (15 years)?
Is it still efficient? Can we use Baby Powder kept for years? (15 years)?
If it is still powdery it will work just fine.
If it is in hard lumps that may tend to irritate baby's privates :-)Can we use Baby Powder kept for years? (15 years)?
I am so curious to why you would want to use it?
that would kind of creep me out to put it all over my body, what if something crawled in there and laid eggs or something? ew.
Yes, baby powder does not expire.
My mom has a very 'vintage' bottle in her medicine cabinet and i use it all the time.
I say yes, because I got some foot powder from WWII when I was in Viet_Nam and it was still good.
check the expiry date before using. If expired, throw away as it may be harmful
Who knows? It's seriously not that expensive - just buy a new bottle.
use paprika
NO WAY

Ok ive heard if you but baby powder on ur face it keeps you make up on longer. so how much and stuff....?
ok so if thats true. my skin is like dry im putting mosituriser so that wonlnt be like that for long. but how muchhh does it work um ya.
just give me all the info you know.Ok ive heard if you but baby powder on ur face it keeps you make up on longer. so how much and stuff....?
Just put a little bit where you apply your makeup, you don't want your face to look white. Try using a big makeup brush to put it on.Ok ive heard if you but baby powder on ur face it keeps you make up on longer. so how much and stuff....?
Putting face powder on your skin after foundation sets the foundation.
Baby powder has different properties and isnt the same as face powder.
Face powder does this though.
you should always use (non-oil-free) moisturizer on your skin no matter what your skin condition is.
i would not suggest putting baby powder on your face. if you have dry skin, i would not suggest a powder foundation. use a liquid foundation instead.
if you want your makeup to stay, here are my suggestions:
moisturize your skin. use a face primer like laura mercier. then use a liquid foundation or tinted moisturizer. use concealer where needed. using a large blush brush, lightly powder your face with a loose powder. apply your make up and set it again with another light dusting of loose powder.
the face primer keeps the makeup from slipping and the powder will set it. this is the best way to keep your makeup on all day.
i have never heard of using baby powder. you are better off using a translucent face powder. i use the sheer powder from bobbi brown to set my liquid foundation and to help with the shine factor from oily skin. i put on my foundation, then take a big fluffy brush and just brush a bit on my face.
Your makeup is made mostly of water mixed with chemicals and you don't gain anything by keeping it ';on'; all day, rather';fresh'; all day is probably what you are looking to do.
Think about those lipsticks that stay on all day. The biggest complaint is that they are drying and people who use them don't have very pretty lip skin after a while.
Puting baby powder on your face wouldn't be helpful . Here is a very inexpensive regiment to try and I believe you will be very happy with the results. When I name the product to use I will use the = sign to tell you what it does the same job as.
WASH FACE
Phisoderm = cetaphil (cetaphil is the best thing ever to use on your face if you can spend $8.00 for a pump of 8 oz. Phisoderm is what the hospitals used to clean wounds because of it's very gentleness to skin and still removed dirt and bateria. both come in different skin types, I highly suggest you start with normal skin type first because until you get your skin in that healthy glow state you really can't tell what skin type you are.
USE ASTRINGENT
tiny plastic travel spray bottle filled with witch hazel = aveda toner
just close your eyes and spritz all over your face lightly. It should feel like a cooling mist.
APPLY MOISTURIZER - WHERE YOU NEED IT
avoid that T zone of lower part of your forehead, nose and chin completely. use oil of olay = expensive department store stuff
after applying moisturize your face should feel fresh, not greasy and not tight. wait at least 5 minutes. in the meantime curl your eye lashes and apply conceler on your eye lids and all around your eye, like a raccoon. should be one shade lighter than skin sounds silly but conceler will be the building block for your makeup to adhere and stay fresh.
Now that your moisturizer has been stablized, you have let it set in and you aren't greasy and you aren't tight feeling. take the conceler stick or liquid and dap light amounts on forehead and chin only. these are the two spots that makeup wears off of first, your cheeks will have a layer of blush and so they keep the makeup longer (every notice that?)
Now you look kind of too light and your eyes are really standing out as white. apply a foundation that is a liquid powder type in a compact but don't use your fingers, use the softess touch you have as if barely getting near the surface and breeze over it with the makeup round sponge that comes in the compact. placement for fondation is everywhere except around the eye and under it. again, let it set and curl those eyelashes again:) then the last step is to take loose powder (we call it setting powder) you should have two shades, one that is illuminous and light and one that is just your skintone. the light one is brushed over your entire eye lid, eyelashes and all. (because you have curled your lashes twice and added powder to them you will see amazing lashes with just one coat of mascara) and down under your eyes. the skintone powder should be brushed extremely lightly over your cheeks, forehead and chin. Then alway use a blush that is within your tone.
Now you have layered up the perfect makeup that will withstand 12 hours of whatever. If you are too dry during the day pack that little spritz bottle mentioned with mineral water (bottled just like drinking water) and spritz only where and when you feel dry. your skin will glow!
Twice a week use a St Ives mask / or scrub that suites your skin type and this will remove surface dry layers and your skin will get prettier and prettier. Oh, by the way, I suggest physicans formula for both loose powders and soft big brushes,
I bet you are going to be so fab with this 10 regiment.
and if you can, get a free facial at one the beauty counters because they will tell you what tones you are, what skin type and what color suites your complexion for eye shadow, then when they try to sell you something just say no thanks and head for the nearest CVS pharmacy and get those colors, etc.
I love makeup and have an outlet store hear by called the cosmetic store. Did you know that the same company owns este lauder and Lore'l? It also has great products from Mac, and other big names for much less. Law dictates that the cosmetics be within expiration dates so you really are buying the same exact thing as the deptartment stores.
